Sodexo is seeking a Food and Beverage District Manager 2 to support a corporate service client located in Mountain View, CA with travel to San Francisco and other sites throughout the US . Incentives This position is ONSITE between Mountain View and San Francisco, CA. Travel is required throughout the US up to 25%. What You'll Do + Lead and mentor General Managers to deliver exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences across the account portfolio. + Drive operational excellence through consistent standards, strong financial performance, and continuous improvement. + Build and strengthen client partnerships by understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. + Champion culinary and service innovation that aligns with Sodexo's chefu2011driven, peopleu2011first philosophy. + Ensure compliance and safety across all accounts, including food safety, labor standards, and company policies. + Develop future leaders through coaching, succession planning, and fostering a culture of growth. + Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management. + Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and elevate the regional dining experience.
