About the Role As an Aviation Shipper & Receiver, youu2019re the final checkpoint before our products reach customers. Youu2019ll ensure parts are packaged correctly, documentation is accurate, and shipments meet both customer and aviation industry standards. What Youu2019ll Do + Carefully pack and ship merchandise following company and aviation industry procedures + Ensure all parts are preserved and protected to prevent damage + Review customer requirements and ATA SPEC 300 packaging guidelines + Create accurate shipping documentation, including air waybills + Schedule carrier pickups and manage shipment timelines + Ensure all required documents accompany each shipment + Upload images and documents related to each sales order into our system + Communicate with the Preu2011Ship team to solve issues quickly + Assist with special projects as needed What You Bring + High School Diploma or GED + Experience with domestic and international shipping regulations + Familiarity with carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL + Comfortable using computers, shipping software, and inventory tools + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Bonus Skills (Not Required but Great to Have) + HazMat certification + Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping programs + Exposure to aviation, logistics, or warehouse operations Why Youu2019ll Love Working With Us + Stable weekday scheduleu2014no weekends + Comfortable, airu2011conditioned workspace + Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow + A role where your attention to detail directly supports aviation safety and customer satisfaction Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Doral, FL.
