ufe0f IT Site Support Specialist Onsite Plantation, FL 7u2011Month Contract (Potential to Convert) Role Overview This onsite IT Site Support role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support across a corporate campus. Youu2019ll be the primary IT resource, ensuring employees stay productive by supporting hardware, software, and network systems. Key Responsibilities + Provide onsite desktop and end-user support for Windows 10 and macOS environments + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues + Set up and configure workstations for new hires and refreshes + Support printers, peripherals, and basic network issues + Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow + Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and deployments + Follow IT security best practices and access controls Required Skills + Desktop / IT Site Support experience + Windows 10 and macOS troubleshooting + Workstation setup and hardware support + ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems + Basic networking knowledge (Wiu2011Fi, VPN, connectivity) Work Environment + Fully onsite (5 days/week) + Standard 9u20135 hours with occasional off-hours support + Fast-paced, customer-facing IT support role Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Plantation, FL.
