u201cWe dedicate our lives to caring for yoursu201d Position Description: RN- Clinical Nurse Dept Pool - NICU The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development. + The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care + Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others + Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. Nursing Department Pool Commitment: + Minimum of 4 shifts per every 6 weeks + One Saturday and one Sunday per 6 week schedule + One Summer and one Winter Holiday Requirements: + Registered Nurse license + At least 18 months RN NICU experience required + Associates Degree in Nursing + BLS Facility: BayCare Health System, Neonatal Intensive Care - NICU-SJHN Location: St Josephs North Status: Pool, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Shift: Shift 3 Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies Weekend Work: Every On Call: Yes How often will this team member be working remotely?
