Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our large modern machine shop. You will play a crucial role in installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and alignment of CNC and associated machinery, supporting the maintenance team to enhance machine uptime. Responsibilities + Install, maintain, and repair CNC machinery and equipment. + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency. + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively. + Calibrate and align machinery for optimal performance. + Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve machine uptime. Essential Skills + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills. + Experience with CNC machining environments. + Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration. + Experience in diagnosing electrical issues (110-480v) safely. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Knowledge of automatic control systems, processes, and methodologies in manufacturing. + Experience with Fanuc robots and controls. + Familiarity with plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, and hydraulics. + Preferred knowledge of Siemens, Fanuc, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas, HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol controls. + Knowledge of CMMS systems like SAP and Limble. + Ability to rig equipment and components.
