Sodexo is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician II for UH Parma Medical Center located in Parma, OH. Sodexou2019s growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with a proven success as an experienced Biomedical Equipment Technician II to support Healthcare Technology services. What You'll Do + Perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs on a variety of biomedical equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure equipment functionality and patient safety. + Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and performance testing. + Provide timely and efficient service while prioritizing urgent repair needs. + Collaborate with clinical staff to understand equipment issues and deliver excellent customer support. + Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to healthcare technology management. + Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment. What You Bring + 3 years of experience repairing, maintaining and calibrating medical devices independently. + Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. + Experience with medical repairs. + The ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices. + Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills.
