Job Description The Supervising Specialty Operations Pharmacist plays a critical leadership role within our central specialty pharmacy, overseeing complex patient management programs and prescription support services. This position is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of licensed pharmacy professionals and healthcare staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. You will lead programs designed to monitor patient progress toward desired health outcomes through routine assessments and evaluations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. The role includes direct oversight of daily operations, scheduling, and workflow optimization across disease-specific programs to maintain consistency and excellence in care delivery. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
