Job Title: Precision Small Assembler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Precision Small Assembler to join our team. This role involves performing high-precision assembly tasks with tight tolerances, working off of prints, and ensuring the quality of custom components. If you have experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing and production environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities + Perform high-precision assembly with tight tolerances. + Properly handle chemicals used in the manufacturing process. + Handle precious metal wire, including cleaning, winding, and sealing. + Conduct quality assurance and inspection of custom components under a microscope. + Maintain a clean and organized working environment. + Work in a Class 1000 clean room, adhering to clean room protocols. + Provide general support for on-going production, special projects, and new product introductions. Essential Skills + Experience in high-precision mechanical assembly. + Ability to read and work from blueprints. + Manufacturing and production assembly experience. + Excellent manual dexterity. + Ability to follow work instructions accurately and efficiently. + 2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred. + Excellent attention to detail. + Ability to use a microscope. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with optics and electronic assembly is beneficial. Why Work Here? The role requires working in a cleanroom, which necessitates gowning up. The work schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, first shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrington, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
