Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 2nd Shift Lamination Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves operating and inspecting lamination machines to ensure timely job processing with high accuracy. This position requires setting up materials on laminator machines, inspecting finished goods, reporting defects, and performing changeovers for new materials. Responsibilities + Operate lamination machines efficiently and accurately. + Set up materials on laminator machines using hoists. + Inspect finished goods and report any defects. + Perform changeovers for processing new materials. + Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions. Essential Skills + 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility. + Ability to work in a team setting. + Forklift operating skills. + Proficiency in using hand tools, tape measures, slitters, and printers. + Quality inspection skills and mechanical aptitude. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or GED. + 5+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally with machine operation. + Ability to input data into an ERP system. + Forklift certification (training provided if necessary). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
