Aerotek Is Hiring For Office Admin/Scale House Operator In Pasco Pay- 20$/h START ASAP Job Description Join our team as a Scale House Operator, where you will play a crucial role in our operations by scaling trucks in and out, managing paperwork, writing up orders, and answering phone calls. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and sometimes dealing with frustrated individuals. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain accuracy in data entry and document filing will be essential. Responsibilities + Scale trucks in and out accurately. + Manage paperwork and write up orders efficiently. + Answer phone calls from customers with professionalism. + Perform data entry into the database with high accuracy. + File and maintain documents systematically. + Provide excellent customer service and interaction. + Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues amicably. Essential Skills + Proficiency in answering phones and data entry. + Strong filing, scanning, and copying skills. + Excellent customer service and communication abilities. + Organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency with computers and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Timeliness and reliability in transportation. + Dependability and strong organizational skills. + Bilingual abilities are highly advantageous. + Quick learning capability. + Willingness to work late hours and rotating Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
