As a Capital Markets Director - Sales (F) within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you can be based in New York, NY or Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Finra licensed required: SIE, Series 7 and 63. Required within 120 days of hire. Preferences: Extensive background in banking and syndication of Agency Multifamily and/or CMBS/SASB securitizations along with Commercial Real Estate Credit and Underwriting. Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience. + Works closely with relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver capital markets solutions to our clients. + Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships. + Coordinates the execution of key sales and marketing strategies, such as product structuring and product distribution to maximize sales and develop new business activity. + Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $96,000.00 u2013 $200,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
