Customer Service Representative (Temporary, Onsite) Location: Germantown, WI 53022 Pay Rate: $20/hour Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday, 8:00 am u2013 5:00 pm Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our Germantown team This is a temp-to-perm opportunityu2014with the potential to join us full-time after 4 months. What you'll do: + Provide outstanding service by taking orders via phone and email + Interview customers, record information, and resolve inquiries + Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and our in-house programs What you'll bring: + High school diploma/GED + 1-2 years of customer service experience (phone/email order taking a plus) + Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a customer-first attitude + Reliable personal transportation (we are not on a bus route) Requirements: + Ability to communicate clearly, handle basic math, and solve routine problems + Comfort using common computer software (Word, Excel, Access) + Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
