FTE: 0.900000 Standard Hours: 36.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details:Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Evaluates and treats all referredPhysical Therapy patients according to physician orders. Home Care:Performs and supervises physical therapy programs in the homes of HFMHome Health Care clients. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Degree in PhysicalTherapy required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Wisconsin licensed PhysicalTherapist or eligible required. If eligible, must obtain Wisconsinlicense within 3 months of hire. CPR certification is required.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: At least one year experience in a medicalsetting preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Good communication skillsrequired.
