This position qualifies for an amazing$20K sign-on bonus This job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.875 (35 hours)Full-time benefits 7 days on 7 days off rotation Monday - Sunday 3rdshift from 8:30p-6:30a. Job Summary: At the direction of a radiologistand/or other providers, prepares patients, performs imaging proceduresand operates imaging equipment. Performs diagnostic studies according tospecific guidelines and prescribed protocols while utilizing appropriateradiation protection measures. Adheres to organizational customerservice standards and supports the organizational excellenceinitiatives. Provides positive and effective interaction andcommunication with patients, visitors, and staff. Performs ancillaryservices and assists in patient care areas as necessary. Is currentlyworking in 2 or more of the following modalities and meets therequirements of advanced certification: Bone Densitometry, CT,Diagnostic X-ray, and Mammography. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: One year of current clinical experience in each modality ispreferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Post high school completion of an ARRTaccredited Radiologic Technology program is required. An additional 1-2years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree ina healthcare related field is preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRTregistered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer isrequired. Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bones Densitywithin 18 month of hire/transfer is required. American Heart Association(AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHAapproved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
