Description: We are Lockheed Martin Join Lockheed Martin as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manger where you will play a key leadership role within the Rapid Change Organization (RCO) supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP, and sustainment programs. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless material flow, inventory management, and production support, directly contributing to operational efficiency and program success. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING u2022 Leading & Building Culture: Providing leadership and oversight to hourly personnel, fostering a high-performance work environment. u2022 Material & Parts Flow Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material and parts movement, ensuring optimal efficiency. u2022 Production Support: Overseeing material requirements for production SWBSs, ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production schedules. u2022 Inventory & Compliance Oversight: Supporting inventory management, control, and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards. u2022 Warehouse Quality Control: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in warehouse operations to support seamless material movement. u2022 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to drive efficiency and address operational challenges. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Demonstrated experience in Inventory Management and Requirements Planning u2022 Working Knowledge of Production Control Processes u2022 Leadership professional experienced in leading a diverse salaried and hourly/represented workforce u2022 Manufacturing Environment Experience Desired Skills: u2022 Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc. u2022 Experience extracting data sets to analyze data for decision making and development of metrics and tracking tools for reporting and managing processes. u2022 Demonstrated capability to analyze information, establish and drive resolution and escalate information appropriately. u2022 Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management. u2022 Lean/6 Sigma Certification u2022 Experience with 6S u2022 Experience working in Union Environment u2022 Experience with Project Management u2022 Experience in Receiving, Warehouse Management, and Shipping u2022 Security Clearance u2022 SAP experience, specifically in the areas of Material u2022 Resource Planning (MRP) and warehouse management Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
