Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week, with the expectation of being onsite three days a week. The role is ideal for someone who is attentive to detail and enjoys managing diverse financial and administrative tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping. u2022 Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and other financial accounts to maintain accurate balances. u2022 Provide support for payroll operations, ensuring employee payments are processed correctly and on time. u2022 Assist with human resources tasks, such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR-related processes. u2022 Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for internal and external use. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks to manage bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records. u2022 Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to financial transactions promptly. u2022 Contribute to administrative duties, including filing and organizing financial documents. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across financial and administrative functions. u2022 Monitor and implement best practices for compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
