Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic u2013 3rd Shift About the Opportunity A leading manufacturing company in Shoreview is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join their 3rd shift team. Shift Schedule: + Sundays: 7:00 PM u2013 7:00 AM + Mondayu2013Friday: 11:00 PM u2013 7:00 AM + Approx. 44 hours per week + One weekend per month required as needed What Youu2019ll Do As a Maintenance Mechanic, youu2019ll play a key role in keeping production operations running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Maintenance & Troubleshooting + Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance, including lubrication, alignment checks, instrument calibration, and equipment monitoring. + Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systemsu2014motors, power heads, PLCs, and moreu2014often working with 480V systems . + Respond rapidly to equipment failures to reduce downtime, including large finishing and conveyor machinery. Technical Expertise + Conduct inspections and testing across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steamu2010powered systems. + Take ownership of specialized projects, including boiler system maintenance and repair . + Use diagnostic tools and precision instruments to ensure accurate calibrations and optimal system performance. Safety & Collaboration + Maintain and promote a safe working environment by following established procedures and best practices. + Partner with other maintenance team members to support continuous improvement and high equipment reliability. What Weu2019re Looking For Essential Skills + 2B Boilers License + 3+ years of electrical/mechanical maintenance experience + Proven PLC troubleshooting abilities Preferred Experience + Strong experience in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and boiler operations + Ability to read schematics and interpret technical documentation + Prior facility maintenance experience Why Youu2019ll Love Working Here This company is committed to your growth. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of St Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $67496.00 - $87360.00/yr. Will pay for schooling to help increase certifications, goal to get everyone a Chief-level boilersCurrent maintenance manager was a maintenance tech and promoted to this facility. 134 plants nationally. One of their maintenance techs relocated and was able to take a lateral move to their Florida plant. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in St Paul,MN.
