Cleanroom Technician

Cleanroom Technician Client-Ready Job Description Our client is a certified fabrication company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of multilayer insulation (MLI) blankets used in aerospace, cryogenic applications, and military defense . Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, they are seeking two Cleanroom Technicians (Industrial Sewers/Fabricators) to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities + Operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy canvas and technical fabrics. + Read and interpret measurements , cutting materials to precise dimensions. + Review, understand, and follow shop prints and technical documentation . + Maintain accurate production records with strong attention to detail. + Gown up in cleanroom attire (bonnet, smock, booties, veil, beard guard, gloves) and follow all cleanroom protocols. Required Skills & Experience + At least 3+ months of sewing experience _or_ 6+ months of manufacturing experience (industrial, commercial, or personal). + Ability to pass a basic reading, English, and math assessment . + 6+ months of experience in inspection, assembly, or documentation-focused work. + Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus. + Ability to accurately read a ruler and lift up to 25 pounds . + Blueprint reading experience (6 monthsu20131 year) preferred. + High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required. Additional Attributes + Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. + Reliable work history and good communication skills for training. + Candidates do not need advanced sewing experienceu2014 full training is provided .
