Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines while maintaining accountability for assigned tasks. u2022 Prepare accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals, ensuring compliance and precision. u2022 Handle tax preparation for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and trusts, adhering to applicable regulations. u2022 Research and evaluate complex tax matters to provide informed recommendations and solutions. u2022 Communicate effectively with clients and team members to build trust and maintain strong relationships. u2022 Mentor and support the development of entry-level staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. u2022 Delegate responsibilities appropriately to team members while ensuring successful completion of assigned tasks. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in preparing individual tax returns with accuracy and efficiency. u2022 Expertise in corporate tax return preparation, including C corp and S corp filings. u2022 Strong knowledge of tax preparation for partnerships and trusts. u2022 Ability to research and analyze intricate tax issues with attention to detail. u2022 Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and client relations. u2022 Capacity to manage multiple deadlines and organize work effectively. u2022 Experience in mentoring and delegating tasks within a team environment.
