Job Title: Material Handler Forklift Operator & Logistics Coordinator Job Description Join our team as a Material Handler Forklift Operator or Logistics Coordinator. You will be working in either the warehouse department or the shipping & receiving department. The shift times and job duties will vary between shipping and warehouse, providing a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities + Unload raw materials from inbound trucks and ensure material counts are up to date. + Load finished products onto outbound trucks. + Use RF scanners to transact and move materials to and from storage. + Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. + Coordinate with carriers and freight partners to reduce inventory, support continuous supply, and optimize efficiency. + Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. + Operate reach truck to transport and stage materials. Essential Skills + Stand-Up Forklift experience. + Experience using RF scanners. + At least 6 months in each position with strong reasons for leaving. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with cycle counting. + Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Why Work Here? Work Environment Material Handler Forklift Operator: Work 2nd shift from 5 pm to 3:30 am, Monday through Thursday. Logistics Coordinator: Work 1st shift from 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The facility includes an on-site clinic, gym, and track, with a casual dress code allowing employees to focus on their tasks comfortably. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
