Job Order: Machinist Location: Mesa, AZ (Express Employment)Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pmPay Rate: $20+/hour DOEPosition Summary:We’re seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC/manual machines to produce high-precision components. You’ll work Monday through Thursday to support our efficient production schedule and help deliver top-quality parts on time. Key Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to determine machining operations. Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.). Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and ensure parts meet specifications. Perform quality checks using appropriate measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues or improvement ideas. Qualifications: Prior machinist experience (CNC or manual) producing precision parts. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
