Independent insurance broker in Scituate is looking to grow their dedicated team.If you’d like to work in small office that offers opportunities to learn and grow, this could be the job for you! *A customer first attitude is required to be successful in this role* Being customer first means a business puts the customer at the center of organizational decision-making instead of purely focusing on products or services. This involves seeking ways to consistently deliver a positive customer experience by designing and delivering with the consumer in mind. *Prior insurance/financial experience preferred* Skills desired:Interfacing with customers: CSRs are the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing detailed information about insurance productsProblem-solving: Work to resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction, which might include handling claims, explaining policy details, and updating customer informationCommunication: A significant part of the job involves communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chatDocumentation: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback is crucial for maintaining service quality and compliance.Continuous learning: Given the evolving nature of insurance products and regulations, CSRs are often required to stay informed and sometimes obtain or maintain licensure related to insurance This is a full-time, on-site position between the hours of 8am-5pm. Pay is $25+/hour, DOE.
