Plumbing / Water Treatment Installer (Entry-Mid Level) Location: Southeastern & Mid-MichiganEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPay Range: $18.00 - $24.00/hour (Based on experience) Introduction: Express Employment Professionals is supporting a growing, full-service water treatment company specializing in water softeners, purification systems, and water heaters for residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout southeastern and mid-Michigan. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working directly alongside ownership in the field. Position Summary: We are seeking an Entry-Level or Mid-Level Plumbing / Water Treatment Installer. Training is provided for motivated candidates. Each day begins at the shop, traveling to customer job sites in a company-provided vehicle to complete installations and service work before returning at the end of the day. Key Responsibilities: Install and service water treatment systems including: Water softeners. Filtration and purification systems, Reverse osmosis systems, Pressure tanks, and water heaters. Perform routine service work (filter changes, system maintenance) Load/unload equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs). Utilize company-provided hand tools and materials. Frequently enter/exit company vehicles throughout the day. Maintain clean, organized vehicles and workspaces. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow company safety procedures and installation standards. Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license Mechanically inclined with willingness to learn High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work daily Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Professional appearance and communication skills Preferred (Not Required) Plumbing or water treatment experience Residential or commercial installation background Mechanical or technical trade experience Ideal Candidate Entry or mid-level experienceMotivated self-starter who wants to learn a tradeComfortable working in the field dailyStrong cultural fit for a small, hands-on team environment Why Join?
