Packaging Supervisor

Packaging Supervisor Compensation: $20 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - Close (typically 5:00-7:00 PM) Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure products are prepared efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, a sense of urgency, and the ability to maintain high production standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and participate in daily packaging operations following company standards and procedures Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and productivity Support and guide team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications & Requirements Fluent in English Experience in packaging within a manufacturing or production environment required Strong understanding of quality control processes Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills
