Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate / Material Handler to join our 2nd shift team. This role supports daily production operations by handling materials, counting parts, completing production documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow procedures, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Schedule: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Monday - Friday Overtime may be required as needed Responsibilities: Hang parts correctly on racks according to instructions Count parts accurately and complete production count forms Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all Quality and Safety procedures Perform repetitive lifting (10-50 lbs) Complete additional duties as assigned by Lead Work with minimal supervision Requirements: Basic math, reading, and writing skills required Ability to lift 10-50 lbs repetitively Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Work Environment: Production/warehouse setting Fast-paced, hands-on work Standing and physical activity throughout shift Pay: $12.00 per hour
