Job description: Express Employment in Platteville has partnered with a local business in MINERAL POINT, WI to search for a candidate to support their business in a Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator role. This is a full-time position. Office Administrator / Operations Coordinator Full-Time | $17-$20 per hour (DOE)40+ hours per week | Evenings & weekends as needed Position Overview This company is a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking an organized, motivated team member to support operations, event coordination, outdoor programming, and community engagement. This position works closely with leadership to help plan and execute recreational activities serving individuals and families, including those living with mobility challenges and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating outdoor events and programs Manage participant registration, scheduling, and follow-up communication Support equipment setup, maintenance, and event logistics Promote programs through social media, email, and community outreach Communicate with healthcare and community partners Support volunteer coordination and engagement Assist with data entry, reporting, and grant documentation Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling calendars Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience Experience working with diverse populations; disability experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and social media tools Self-motivated and team-oriented Able to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed About Express: Express Employment Professionals is a locally owned and operated job match company.
