Description We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Baltimore County, Maryland. In this role, you will oversee the financial strategy, reporting, and controls of the organization while providing direction to HR, IT, and risk management functions. This position plays a critical role in driving profitability, optimizing cash flow, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives through Mergers and Acquisitions. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement financial strategies that align with corporate goals and support sustained growth. u2022 Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning processes. u2022 Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and key performance analyses for stakeholders. u2022 Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial integrity. u2022 Manage relationships with lenders, banks, and external partners, ensuring compliance and effective communication. u2022 Provide financial guidance on major contracts, capital investments, and strategic decisions. u2022 Partner with operational teams to enhance performance across sales, service, parts, and rental departments. u2022 Oversee HR and IT functions, ensuring systems and processes meet organizational needs and scalability. u2022 Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. u2022 Mentor and develop high-performing teams across finance, HR, and IT, fostering accountability and growth. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in executive financial leadership roles, including CFO or similar positions. u2022 Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. u2022 Expertise in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development strategies. u2022 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with lenders, banking partners, and external stakeholders. u2022 Experience with internal controls, compliance audits, and risk management programs. u2022 Effective leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing high-performing teams. u2022 Proficiency in leveraging financial systems and driving process improvements for scalability. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear insights to executives and boards.
