DOT Box Truck Delivery Driver - Frederick, MD Location: DMV Region (MD/DC/VA) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and safetyu2011focused DOT Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering finished glass products to customers throughout the DMV area using a box truck or glass rack truck. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle heavy materials safely, and a valid DOT license. Key Responsibilities + Safely operate a large box truck or glass rack truck with tarp pullover sides. + Make daily deliveries of finished glass products to customers within the Maryland region, with occasional routes to Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis. + Assist customers with unloading materials upon delivery. + Load and unload products as needed, following proper safety protocols. + Begin routes early to avoid traffic; typical working hours are between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM . + Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all products are handled with care. + Provide professional, courteous service during all customer interactions. Essential Skills & Qualifications + Proven experience as a delivery driver. + Proficiency in operating a box truck. + Valid DOT license (required). + Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials. Preferred Qualifications + CDLu2011B or CDLu2011A license for increased driving versatility. + Strong customer service skills and a positive, flexible attitude. + Ability to use basic equipment such as overhead cranes and tape measures.
