Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will manage crucial financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, payments, and other accounting tasks. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a solid background in accounts payable and construction accounting. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. u2022 Manage timely payments to vendors and suppliers, maintaining positive relationships. u2022 Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and reports. u2022 Handle full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including coding, matching, and posting invoices. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations. u2022 Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines. u2022 Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and documentation. u2022 Maintain organized records of all accounts payable activities for audit purposes. Requirements u2022 At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, and other accounting software. u2022 Solid understanding of construction accounting principles. u2022 Experience handling full-cycle accounting tasks. u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management skills. u2022 Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams. u2022 Familiarity with budgeting and expense tracking processes.
