What You Can Expect The MRX Manager is responsible for leading and developing a national team of Monogram Robotics Experts (MRXs) who serve as the companyu2019s foremost authorities on the Monogram robotic platformu2014clinically, operationally, and educationally. This role blends people leadership, technical and clinical expertise, and strategic execution across training, events, clinical cases, and product launches. The MRX Manager will lead a team of 4u20135 highly specialized experts deployed across the country to support surgeon education, sales training, congresses, medical education programs, and key customer engagements. This team will define the standard for robot knowledge, develop scalable training curricula, and play a critical role in launching new robotic applications (e.g., future indications). Monogram's surgeon-guided semi- and fully autonomous robotic technologies are expected to add new and differentiated capabilities to Zimmer Biomet's already broad suite of customer-centric technology solutions. How You'll Create Impact + Team Leadership & Development + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national team of 4u20135 MRX professionals. + Establish clear expectations for clinical, technical, and educational excellence. + Ensure consistent knowledge, messaging, and execution across all MRX team members. + Support onboarding, continuous education, and performance development for the MRX team. + Clinical & Operational Expertise + Serve as a subject matter expert on the Monogram system, including clinical workflows, surgical applications, system setup, troubleshooting, and intraoperative best practices. + Ensure the MRX team maintains best-in-class knowledge of robotic-assisted surgery, competitive landscape, and evolving clinical standards. + Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, and Marketing to ensure field insights inform product development and education strategies. + Training & Curriculum Development + Collaborate, design, build, and continuously improve training curricula for internal and external stakeholders, including: + MRX team training and certification + Sales training programs + Surgeon and hospital staff education + Medical education courses and workshops + Establish competency frameworks and certification standards for robot users and internal teams. + Deliver train-the-trainer programs to scale knowledge across the organization. + Field Deployment & Event Support + Oversee MRX deployment strategy for: + National and regional congresses + Surgeon training labs + Sales meetings and product demonstrations + Customer site visits and evaluations + Personally support high-impact events, key accounts, and strategic initiatives as needed. + Ensure strong execution and a premium Monogram experience at all field engagements. + New Application & Product Launch Leadership + Once competency is established in current applications, lead the MRX team through training and readiness for new robotic applications. + Play a central role in launch planning and execution, including: + Developing launch training content + Preparing internal teams for new indications + Supporting early clinical cases and adoption + Act as a bridge between early clinical experience and scalable commercialization Your Background + Minimum Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree required; clinical or technical background strongly preferred (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences, clinical tech, nursing, surgical technology, or equivalent experience). + 5+ years of experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or related clinical technology. + People leadership, preferably leading field-based or field clinical teams. + Experience supporting surgeons and OR teams in a procedural environment. + Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective training programs and curricula. + Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%). + Preferred Experience + Experience with robotic-assisted surgery platforms. + Background in field clinical support or field clinical sales + Experience supporting new product or indication launches. + Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures (knee, hip, or related specialties). Travel Expectations Up to 70% Expected Compensation Range $113,000 - $141,000 USD Annual EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
