This role combines clinical leadership, direct patient care, and operational management u2014 helping women feel their best through personalized Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), wellness medicine, and concierge primary care services. What Youu2019ll Do As a Clinic Director, youu2019ll serve as both a clinical leader and practicing provider, guiding your team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing clinic operations, compliance, and growth. Key Responsibilities: + Lead all aspects of clinic operations u2014 patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance. + Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments. + Order, review, and interpret lab work and diagnostic results to develop individualized treatment plans. + Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and related medications. + Oversee wellness services, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and medical weight management (including GLP-1 medications). + Provide concierge medicine services such as pap smears, birth control management, blood pressure management, preventive screenings, lab work, and common illness management. + Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and documentation in the EMR. + Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. + Mentor and develop your team u2014 fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture focused on quality and care. + Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance patient outcomes, retention, and clinic growth through superior service and medical excellence.
