Located remote from your home office, you will be working hands-on with our engineering customers in the field and recommending products that fit into their applications for our First Fit Market- You'll be working with a variety of internal groups such as Sales, Business Development, Product Line Management and Technical, as well as directly with customers.- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be working with customers that provide services and infrasturcure support to data centers in this growing market.- There is opportunity to research emerging technology/applications in the data center market to help ensure Gates is staying ahead of market trends.Key responsibilities (to name a few):- Providing engineering support to customers and clients in the proper application and selection data center products in our Industrial Replacement Market.- Work with customers like Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) contractors to determine application requirements, selecting components, and making recommendations to meet system requirements for data centers.- Effectively present technical material and collaborate with internal/external customers.- Working cooperatively with North American Field Sales, Product Line Managers, and Marketing teams to achieve organizational success.Supervisory Responsibilities- None- Acts as a resource for other team members;
