In addition to client-focused project delivery, Project Managers can support the service group through involvement in process improvement activities.Responsibilities include:Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope and durationEstablish strong client relations and manage interaction and expectations throughout the life of the projectCreate detailed project plans, status reports and manage issues, risks and actionsManage communication, scope, and mitigates risk across projectsPartner across functional teams to deliver the best possible solution for a clientLead client-facing meetings regularly during key phases of the projectContinually seek and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsService as the escalation point person for the customer, delivery and other associated Contender Solutions teams and vendor partnersRequired Skills and Professional Experience:Previous experience with IT / Technical Implementation projects and having customer facing experiences or equivalent experiences in an IT organizationDemonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully drive projects to meet defined budgets and timelinesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing project financials and scheduling internal resourcesStrong verbal, written communication and presentation skillsAdditional Skills and Professional Experience:Ability to create and Manage Project SchedulesFamiliarity with Project Scheduling toolsServiceNow exposure or experienceBachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience3-5 years' experience as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical cloud, security, networking and modern data center infrastructure projects and having customer facing experiences or equivalent experience in an IT organizationYour future at PresidioJoiningPresidiomeans stepping into aculture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
