Summary: The Global Culinary Director of Data Centers is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing Metau2019s data center culinary operations and programs across all global sites. This position drives accountability, operational excellence, and strategic project execution in partnership with internal teams and external service partners. The Global Culinary Director ensures that Metau2019s data centers operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with company objectives, while managing large-scale budgets, vendor relationships, and new site development. This role requires a global perspective, leading teams and initiatives across multiple regions and ensuring consistent standards and performance worldwide. Required Skills: Global Culinary Director, Data Centers Responsibilities: 1. Manage Accountability: ensure culinary team OKRs are met, working with Program Managers and Service Partners across all global regions. 2. Own Partner SLAs & SOWs: oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for culinary operations, maintaining site performance standards globally. 3. Partner Communication: manage all communications with partners regarding culinary site performance and operational updates across all data centers. 4. Quarterly Business Reviews: lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Service Partners to assess performance and drive improvements worldwide. 5. Stakeholder Accountability: hold all stakeholders accountable to partner scorecards, SLAs, and any associated bonuses or penalties. 6. Budget Ownership: own and manage the global culinary operational budgets for Metau2019s Data Center Team. 7. Project Design & Openings: lead new culinary project design in collaboration with Meta teams for new data center openings and design processes for global campus needs. 8. Campus Approach: own and implement the overall Meta campus approach for each data center site worldwide. 9. Travel as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 10. 10+ years of experience in large-scale culinary operations, preferably in data center, technology infrastructure, or similar environments 11. Experience managing regional or global multi-site operations, including oversight of culinary budgets and financial performance 12. Proven track record of leading and developing teams, including remote and international leadership 13. Experience with vendor management, SLAs, and SOWs in a global context 14. Demonstrated experience driving accountability and performance through scorecards and business reviews 15. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and partners across regions 16. Financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets at scale 17. Experience with Stakeholder Management: effective at managing multiple stakeholders and balancing diverse interests across global regions 18. Demonstrated Leadership Skills: Proven leader of people with experience leading from afar and guiding teams to success in a global context 19. Effective Communicator: experience clearly disseminating and conveying key initiatives throughout their organization and partner organizations worldwide 20. Demonstrated Financial Acumen: demonstrated understanding of financial management and operational budgeting at a global scale 21. Experience with Partner Management: experience managing multiple partners and expectations simultaneously across regions Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 22.
