Trust Recruiting is recruiting this role for our client at well-established commercial real estate firm specializing in owner representation, tenant representation, and investment sales.They are seeking a Graphic Designer & Office Manager to support brokers and leadership in a highly visible, fast-paced environment.This is an intentionally hybrid role: approximately 65% graphic design and marketing execution and 35% office management and operational support.The design work directly supports revenue-generating activity through high-quality, on-brand marketing materials with a focus on email marketing with Constant Contact. The office management component ensures the office runs smoothly and brokers are supported operationally. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Graphic Design (Approximately 65%)- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across print and digital platforms- Design offering memorandums (OMs), brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and email campaigns- Build and customize email campaigns within Constant Contact, including modifying HTML and CSS to create responsive, branded templates- Create visual content for social media and digital marketing initiatives- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines- Collaborate closely with brokers and the marketing team, including Tara in the Cleveland office- Ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables- Track and manage design tools and technology subscriptions- Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices Office Management & Operations (Approximately 35%)- Serve as the central support person for a team of brokers who collectively fund this role- Assist with day-to-day office coordination and administrative needs- Support property management-related tasks, as the firm owns its building- Help maintain organization, professionalism, and operational flow within the office- Operate independently and confidently when leadership is traveling or in meetings What They're Looking For- 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related creative role- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory- Experience building and customizing campaigns in Constant Contact- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email formatting- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills- Confidence and composure when working with senior-level brokers and strong personalities- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Culture: This is a confident, business-forward culture where professionalism, composure, and strong execution are essential.
