Allied Universalu00ae Enhanced Protection Services division is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated GSOC Operator to support our client in Indianapolis, IN Available shifts are as follows: First Shift: Sunday & Monday 6am u2013 2pm, 16 Hours per week (1 available) Second Shift: Tuesday Through Saturday 2pm u2013 10pm, 40 Hours per week (1 available) Swing Shift: Sunday & Monday 2pm u2013 10pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10pm u2013 6am, 40 Hours per week (1 available) Third Shift: Friday Through Monday 10pm u2013 6am, 32 Hours per week (1 available) As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Specialist, you will use open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the client, its employees, and its interests. This position will focus on physical security risks. You will create detailed reports of physical security risk incidents using internal incident management reporting systems and assist in the response to larger incidents that impact the client and develop protocols and practices to drive efficiency and to manage crises. The physical security operations center GSOC operator will help to continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop best in class programs that drive sustainable effectiveness. To be successful in this role applicants must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representational skills are required. u00b7 Work in a physical security focused Global Security Operations Center, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities. u00b7 Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, escalate as appropriate, and follow up as needed. u00b7 Write and publish physical security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management. u00b7 Execute day-to-day monitoring, incident detection, and reporting. u00b7 Collect, evaluate, and disseminate situations and incidents relating to CCTV and Access control systems, at the GSOC level--to support the safety and security of client personnel, facilities and assets, business operations, and reputation. u00b7 Use open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the Client, their employees, and their interests. u00b7 Contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management. u00b7 Work closely with physical security officers and specialists. Job Requirements: u00b7 Must have a minimum of 2 years or more of GSOC Experience or equivalent. (Emergency Call Center, Alarm Monitoring Center etc.) u00b7 Must be well versed in current GSOC technologies such as ProWatch, Hakimo, ExacVision, Scylla AI or weapons-detection software, and radio-communications systems. u00b7 Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours. u00b7 Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems. u00b7 Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality. u00b7 Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. u00b7 Must be able to disseminate information effectively and confidently to individuals, groups, peers, clients, executives, and stakeholders. u00b7 Must be able to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations. u00b7 Prepare written reports of incidents in the proper format and with correct grammar and spelling. u00b7 Ability to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations.
