Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. Highlights/Qualified Candidates: + Required credentials: + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. + Successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia program. + Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA. + Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification. + Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service. + Diverse mix of cases including Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds. + Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases. + Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts. (Separate in-house Nighthawk Team) + Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
