Graduate students in art history or related fields with an interest in American arts are encouraged to apply. Position and Compensation Details u00a0 + The stipend for this position is $5,500. + This position is Full-Time, Exempt, and 35 hours per week. + Summer Fellows are invited to work ten weeks of their choice, depending on their own schedulesu2014and allowing to stop and startu2014between May 19th and August 29th. + The Summer Fellows will report to Kathleen A. Foster, the Robert L. McNeil, Jr. Senior Curator of American Art and Director, Center for American Art; and David Barquist, the H. Richard Dietrich Curator of American Decorative Arts + Physical requirements: + Able to remain stationary for extended periods of time, to utilize computers and other office equipment required of this job, to perform physically administrative duties in a typical interior office environment, gallery, or exhibit space, and to access most public and staff areas of the museum campus + Background check required after a conditional job offer is made.
