To support this initiative, we are expanding the project team with skilled CLO Modelers and Reporting Analysts. u2022 Reporting Analyst (3-5 years' experience) u2022 CLO Modeler (3u20135 years' experience) What Youu2019ll Do u2022 Support the transition of complex payment waterfalls into automated systems u2022 Convert Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) into modeled structures u2022 Collaborate closely with Relationship Management teams as responsibilities shift u2022 Deliver clear, intuitive reporting using BI tools and reporting engines u2022 Conduct due diligence on loan portfolios, including CLO structures u2022 Analyze and evaluate credit risk models to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards u2022 Develop and implement strategies to optimize leveraged loan and credit risk frameworks u2022 Monitor and enhance risk management processes to improve efficiency and compliance u2022 Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen credit and loan risk practices u2022 Lead workflow improvements and support datau2011driven decisionu2011making across the risk management function Skills Weu2019re Looking For u2022 CDO Suite expertise (required for CLO Modelers) u2022 Strong SQL and Excel proficiency u2022 Experience with reporting engines and BI tools u2022 Knowledge of CLOs or structured credit products (strong plus) u2022 Background in financial modeling, credit risk, or structured loan analysis Locations u2022 Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite) - Atlanta and Greensboro can also work. u2022 Remote option available for experienced CLO Modelers Timeline u2022 Duration expected to span 6u20138 months u2022 Target start date: March Requirements u2022 CDO-Suite or direct CLO-Analysis required. u2022 Expertise in credit risk management, risk analysis, and structured loan frameworks. u2022 Strong knowledge of leveraged loans, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and credit risk models. u2022 Proficiency in using Excel and business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis. u2022 Familiarity with waterfall frameworks and agile methodologies. u2022 Experience with risk management frameworks and due diligence processes. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic business environments.
