Reference #: 1362906800Location:PA-PittsburghJob Title: Dayside Executive Producer - WPXI TVPosition OverviewThe Dayside Executive Producer at WPXI Pittsburgh will manage a team of TV producers and writers who create dynamic newscasts for one of the top NBC affiliates in the country. The EP works with the team to craft the look of the 4,5,6 pm newscasts, manages story count, flow and placement of every story. They set the coverage expectation and manage repetition. The EP manages breaking news within the newscasts and the speed and style in which we get it on the air. The person in this job must be a quick-moving innovator who can lead the team in a changing media environment, while working hand-in-hand with our Managing Editor and Manager of Content and Coverage.
