We have an exciting opportunity for anHVAC Service Coordinator located in Madison, WI. How you willcontribute: As an HVAC Service Coordinator, you will need to displayexceptional customer service skills while interacting with Ahern'scustomers, taking emergency service calls that need to be addressed in atimely manner, providing main dispatch duties, and schedulingtechnicians daily for service inspections and preventative maintenance.You will exhibit strong attention to detail while coordinating partordering, issuing purchase orders, and assisting customers withinvoicing/billing questions. You will be responsible for maintainingcustomer database information, generating weekly and monthly reports,and providing support to technicians and field supervisors whilemaintaining a positive relationship with office and field staff in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment. What you need to qualify: Theideal candidate must be a self-starter and have excellentdecision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communicationskills, in addition to the ability to handle multiple tasks and be ableto work well independently as well as with a team. One to three years ofprior experience in a service-related position, an associate degree in arelated field is a plus, and/or an equivalent combination of educationand experience.
