This Program Manager will oversee large scale strategicprojects within Medica's Clinical Initiatives division, as part ofHealth Services' clinical affordability work, and in alignment withMedica's broader clinical strategy. The Program Manager is accountablefor data driven clinical program ideation, leading in flight initiativeplanning, gathering and documenting applicable cross functional businessrequirements, and driving forward work that supports our broader org.strategy. This role coordinates and guides cross-functionalteams-including clinical, technology, segment, and network-from design,through sizing process in partnership with affordability and lastlyimplementation and program validation. The Program Manager isresponsible for partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic growthinitiatives in alignment with Medica's ambitious stewardship work.Serving as clinical initiatives subject matter expert, this leader actsas the primary liaison among Clinical Services, Affordability, otherbusiness units, and reporting teams, ensuring alignment of programobjectives and successful implementation of designed solutions.
