Key Responsibilities Understand Regal Rexnord SAP GlobalTemplate and provide solutions to ensure strong alignment between thebusiness requirements/needs and the application solutions/services.Evaluate, design, plan, configure and deliver effective solutions andconfiguration within Finance and Controlling. Continuously expandknowledge of data, processes, and integration points with other SAPmodules, as well as SAP and industry standard best practices Supportvalue realization initiatives through consistent system utilization,best practice business processes, and standardized controls acrossbusiness units and geographical areas. Strong functional, communicationand organization skills, with ability to effectively meet deadlines andmilestones as well as provide timely updates. Lead business process andmaster data redesign ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. Developstrong SAP user community through end user training, support andknowledge sharing to keep solution aligned with the business. Assistteam members and customers with problem solving related to softwareapplication performance and usage. Translate business requirements intofunctional specifications and create the configuration rationale todesign and configure SAP applications. Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting andresolving issues. Develop and deliver training materials and sessionsfor end-users Create and maintain detailed documentation ofconfigurations, processes, and procedures. Participate in systemupgrades, enhancements, and testing activities. Facilitate businessprocess reviews to gather expected business outcomes and functionalrequirements. Design, test and deploy the technical components requiredfor successful SAP solutions, especially RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces,Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and testing.
