JOB REQUIREMENTS: OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFox TV Stations FOX TelevisionStations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stationsin the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largestdesignated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, includingthe three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of thesestations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition todistributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, ourtelevision stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours oflocal news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor andadvertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content. As a Streaming Host & Producer, you'llbe the face of our digital platform, delivering live, unscripted,informative programming, breaking news and episodic/on-demand content.What you'll do: Host Engaging Shows: Host live streams on a varietyof topics, from breaking news to pop culture. Produce High-QualityContent: Produce your own content and content for other hosts andcontributors, including explainer videos, longform podcast-styleinterviews, and live reports. Connect with the Audience: Build astrong connection with our audience and your own unique audience throughengaging conversations and social media interactions. Stay Ahead ofTrends: Stay informed on current events to identify potential contentopportunities. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with producersand editors to create high-quality content. What you'll need: Astrong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills. Theability to produce live, unscripted streams, breaking news and episodiccontent. Streaming technology and broadcast switching experience as aplus, but interest in learning to use tools in new and different ways isa must. A passion for storytelling and the ability to connect withdiverse audiences. A strong understanding of social media platformsand digital trends. Experience in video production and editing. Ahigh level of energy and enthusiasm. The drive to thrive andself-direct in an independent work environment. Position requiresweekend productions.
