RegalRexnord is looking for a high-energy, detail-obsessed Senior TalentAcquisition Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of people,process, and technology. In this role, you won't just scheduleinterviews - you'll help power a TA engine built on automation, data,and modern hiring tools. You'll partner closely with recruiters,executive assistants, hiring managers, HR partners, and candidatesacross multiple geographies to create an efficient, polished, andtech-enabled hiring experience. You will also support our ExecutiveRecruitment team, managing confidential searches with precision andprofessionalism. This role can be remote, with a strong preference forcandidates based in Milwaukee. Key Responsibilities Coordinatemulti-step, multi-time zone interview schedules for professional andexecutive-level hiring using Outlook, Teams, and automated schedulingtools. Ensure interviewers receive prep materials, resumes, agendas, andscorecards in advance to maintain consistency and readiness. Serve asthe primary point of contact for candidates during the scheduling andlogistics phase - providing timely updates, clear expectations, and aconsistently high-quality experience. Conduct initial resume reviews orbasic qualification checks; complete job description audits; supportassessment coordination; and track all pre-employment steps such asverifications and background checks. Partner with Executive Recruitersto manage sensitive, high-visibility search logistics - upholdingconfidentiality protocols, preparing tailored briefing materials, andcoordinating directly with senior-level stakeholders. Arrange andconfirm travel itineraries, organize onsite schedules, ensure accuratedocumentation, and create a seamless, polished experience for candidatesvisiting Regal Rexnord facilities. Update and maintain accuratecandidate records in Workday and interconnected TA systems, ensuringdata integrity, audit readiness, and fluid candidate movement acrossprocess stages. Assist with collecting and maintaining basic TAmetrics - such as time-to-hire, stage progression, schedulingbottlenecks, and process execution patterns - that help recruiters andleaders drive efficiency. Prepare offer documentation, coordinatepre-employment requirements, and ensure a clear, seamless transitionfrom hiring to onboarding for new hires. Assist with organizinginterview days, hiring events, candidate engagement sessions, andemployer-branding-aligned activities.
