This position will be trained to work in our PCB lab and will work both independently and on quality-related team activities. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively through visual and verbal documents &/or emails. Responsibilities: u2022 The Quality Lab Inspector position will be part of our Operations Team and interacts with engineering, production, and management personnel within the department u2022 Frequently interact with other personnel in the film flow as needed u2022 Perform tasks in darkrooms on a regular basis for setting up processes u2022 Use quality guidelines to make a quality decision, or escalate to appropriate personnel u2022 Investigate film quality problems to find the source and root cause u2022 Understand and follow Standard Work processes relative to film quality u2022 Will occasionally be required to handle chemicals with correct PPE Required Skills and Experience: u2022 Must be comfortable both working alone and on team activities u2022 Must pass a visual test for an examiner u2022 Must demonstrate proper effective analytical troubleshooting u2022 Must be able to identify quality problems and communicate effectively with teams u2022 Must have suitable computer skills needed for recording and analyzing data and documentation u2022 Must be able to work in the dark or in low-light conditions u2022 Previous experience with film quality is a plus but not a requirement EOE Policy Statement: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
