Staff Software Developer (React/Node)

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support a customer-facing engineering team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role focuses on delivering high-quality front-end and back-end solutions using React and Node.js, while also contributing to architectural decisions and engineering best practices. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with product managers, solution architects, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions. This role also plays an important part in mentoring team members and driving consistent engineering standards across the delivery team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for building reliable, maintainable software.
