Our solutions support commercial entities of all sizes-from a mom-and-pop restaurant to a publicly traded corporation.JOB SUMMARYAs a key member of the Commercial Product Marketing and Field Readiness Team, the Lead Marketing & Field Readiness Consultant plays an essential role in how KeyBank Commercial brings its Embedded Banking solutions to market-and how our field and sales teams are equipped to deliver them effectively.This role partners closely with Product, Business Development (BD), Relationship Management and Corporate Center Marketing to execute Embedded Banking go-to-market strategies, develop differentiated product positioning, and build a scalable enablement ecosystem that empowers bankers, advisors, and sales teams to identify opportunities, articulate value, and deepen client relationships with Embedded Banking solutions.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates exceptional ownership, accountability, and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesEmbedded Banking: Go-to-Market Strategy & ExecutionDrive execution of internal readiness and sales activation strategies for new and enhanced Embedded Banking products.Translate Embedded Banking product strategies into customer centric value propositions, marketing and sales enablement plans, and launch materials.Partner with Embedded Banking Product and BD teams to identify the right audiences, deployment channels, and success metrics for GTM campaigns / webinars / events.Embedded Banking: Product Positioning, Messaging & Content DevelopmentDevelop client-centric narratives and competitive messaging that differentiate KeyBank's Embedded Banking solutions and reflect market trends and evolving client needs.Build consistent Embedded Banking messaging frameworks and ensure alignment across Product, BD, Sales, and Marketing.Maintain deep knowledge of Embedded Banking product capabilities, roadmaps, and client use cases to support effective content development.Embedded Banking: Sales Enablement & Field ReadinessBuild and maintain scalable Embedded Banking sales enablement tools including:Pitch decksProduct one-pagers and sell sheetsTalk tracks and objection-handling guidesCompetitive battle cardsQuick reference guidesDemo scripts and storyboard flows
