Roles and Responsibilities: + Participate in all design phases, including concept design, schematic design and design documentation processes. + Develop, prepare and coordinate client presentations and documentation materials design intent u00a0 + Aid in Construction Administration for ongoing construction projects with project manageru00a0 + Drafting and Construction coordination with project manageru00a0 + Participate in all forms of conceptualization of design projects + Selecting and coordinating material specifications + Working with local dealerships/manufacturers on furniture and fixture specifications + Work collaboratively alongside your team to meet project deadlines and milestone u00a0 Minimum Requirements + Bacheloru2019s or equivalent in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or relevant work experience with a Bacheloru2019s of Architecture + 0-5 yearsu2019 continuous professional working experience + Technical proficiency in Revit is required + Excellent design skills + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign and Photoshopu00a0 + Experience in construction documentation is a plus + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn + Collaborative and professional work ethic u00a0 Compensation This is a full-time role based in our Arquitectonica Miami Headquarters.
