Job Summary: Provides operational support to the department by managing multiple platforms to consolidate, report, forecast and trend data to ensure business decisions are data driven and tracked for success. Proactively maintain and update current platforms and research new solutions to drive efficiencies and main lean processes. Be a resource to the team for training and best practice to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting. Partner with the leadership team to ensure financial strength of the department by tracking and reporting all revenue and expenses in a timely manner. Provides general operational support to all CESI operations. Reports to the CESI Operations and Business Development Manager. Job Responsibilities: u00b7 Manage the multiple data sources across the department to consolidate data into actionable reports. Data sources include schedule software, user kiosks, CRM, application for inventory management, redcap, enrollment database, ACS AEI database, financial database, and purchasing requests. Proactively analyze the data to provide leadership team forecasts and trends to make informed business decisions. u00b7 Partner with leadership team to drive financial strength for the department by analyzing and reporting revenue and expense management. Ensure full utilization of the CRM database for forecasting and complete revenue cycle, submit invoices and transfer requests, reconcile budgets and PCards, submit peoplesoft orders, manage inventory, and submit and track capital requests. u00b7 Maintain, update and improve data platforms to ensure continued efficiency and growth opportunities for the department. Be a resource for the team for training and best practice to maintain data consistency. Manage process to track and report department utilization and customer satisfaction trends. Adopt and drive lean processes and reporting structure for department. u00b7 Provides ultimate customer service to our clients by supporting program development and execution. Responsibilities may include scheduling programs, managing customer communication, providing quotes and invoices, driving deliverables to completion, concierge services, troubleshooting issues, marketing, and social media. u00b7 Support data analytics across Academic Affairs business unit, including Research, Continuing Medical Education and Graduate Medical Education teams. Understand the data platforms utilized and be a resource for collaboration and optimization. Provide reports to leadership team as needed. u00b7 Supports CESI operations, which may include support of evening and weekend programs as needed. Bacheloru2019s Degree required. Bacheloru2019s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field preferred. 3 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, or a related role. 5 years of experience in data management, financial analysis, or a related role preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements u00b7 Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Sheets, Tableau) u00b7 Background in using data to drive decision making. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We take great care of careers.
